We use your consent to respond to an initial enquiry. If discussions progress, we may also need to process information to take steps you request before arranging a service and to meet legal care and safeguarding duties.
How we protect it
Enquiries are sent through a protected connection to our designated inbox. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work. We use appropriate access controls and service protections.
Storage and retention
Information is stored within our protected email and working systems. We keep it only as long as needed to manage the enquiry, meet care, safeguarding, insurance or legal responsibilities, and follow our retention policy; it is then securely deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell enquiry information. We share it only when needed with authorised service providers, professional advisers or public authorities, or where safeguarding, legal or care responsibilities require it.
